The self journey
I believe authenticity and professionalism are equally important. Having a space where I can showcase my raw, genuine self allows my clients to get the full story of ‘who’ they are working with. Authentic human connection is the breeding ground of mutual trust, respect, and lasting business relationships. Feel free to take a moment to learn a little about what I do outside of work.
You will learn my interpersonal world has a lot of parallelism to my professional world. Just like my work, my hobbies include a lot of team building, data analysis, and strategic planning. I am an adventurer at heart always looking for ways to progress with efficiency and push the boundaries of my capabilities.
The best part of the journey is discovering the untapped spaces of my curiosity.
Welcome to my corner of the world.
KAYLA
Onward & upward,
I am a first generation instrument rated private pilot with over 260 hours of flight time. I have flown in over 17+ different states in the US including Alaska. I am an active member in various aviation nonprofits including Women in Aviation, the 99s, and Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
My goal with aviation is to teach others in my free time. I am currently pursuing my goals of becoming a commercial pilot and flight instructor. Being a part of other’s aviation journeys is a special place to be. And just as so many other experienced pilots have filled up my cup, it is my duty as an aviator to fill up the next generation’s.
Aviation
In addition to aviation, I also am an ammature airsports participant. 800+ skydives and 26+ hours flying in an indoor wind tunnel have brought an abundance of personal development, friendships, and partnerships in both work and play. I am an active member of Sisters in Skydiving organization that promotes the retention of women in the sport and I am also a USPA skydiving coach.
Airsports Community
The great outdoors has given me an outlet to decompress from a busy world of consumption, a oneness with nature, and deep respect for cultures that are different than my own. I have been to some of the most remote places in the United States, hiked mountains in grizzly country, and have met a colorful array people that have taught me valuable lessons through cultural differences. I set out on a bucket list item to visit all 50 states in the US two years ago, today I just have 15 states left!
